Brands / Garia
Garia
Danish-designed, Italian-drivetrain, assembled in Denmark for the European market and in California for North America. Acquired by Club Car in 2022. This is the luxury ceiling of the category — and priced accordingly.
Lineup
| Garia Mansory Currus | Collaboration with German tuner Mansory. Leather, carbon fiber, custom paint. The headline-grabber at resort concours events. |
| Garia Courtesy | 4-passenger resort cart. People-mover for high-end hospitality. |
| Garia Monaco | 2-passenger luxury personal cart. Street-legal in the EU and in LSV form in the U.S. |
| Garia Via | Urban-use LSV. Aluminum body, modern industrial design. |
What Sets Garia Apart
- Italian drivetrain technology. Garia uses a performance drivetrain inherited from Italian automotive suppliers — unusual in the golf cart category and genuinely different to drive.
- Aluminum construction. Like Club Car, but taken further. The whole chassis is aluminum.
- Design pedigree. Designed in Denmark, with all the Scandinavian design-first ethos that implies. Garia has won industrial design awards other cart makers don't compete for.
- Price. Garia carts typically start where Club Car Onward Luxury ends. The Mansory editions regularly exceed $35,000. This is not a volume brand.
- Club Car distribution. Post-2022 acquisition, Garia is increasingly sold through premium Club Car dealers rather than its own network.
Where to Buy — Central Texas
- Golf Cars of Texas — Austin and other Texas locations carry Garia.
Who Garia is best for: Buyers for whom "what cart do your neighbors have?" has a specific answer that involves not having that cart. Resort properties, high-end residential developments, collectors. Not a practical value buy — and that's the point.
